Beast Unleashed
Participant Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement
1. Acknowledgment of Activities
I understand that Beast Unleashed LLC ("Beast Unleashed") provides climbing-related services including but not limited to:
Climbing training programs
Remote coaching
Strength and conditioning plans
Technique instruction
Competition preparation
Team practices
Outdoor climbing trips
Transportation to climbing activities
Group travel and overnight trips
Activities may occur in third-party climbing gyms, outdoor locations, public spaces, or remotely through digital platforms.
Beast Unleashed does not own or operate a climbing facility, and activities may occur at locations operated by third parties.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that rock climbing, bouldering, training, strength exercises, and related activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks including but not limited to:
Falls
Rope or equipment failure
Holds breaking or spinning
Collisions with walls, holds, or other climbers
Improper spotting or belaying
Overexertion
Muscle strains
Tendon injuries
Finger pulley injuries
Fractures
Head injuries
Permanent disability
Death
These risks may occur during supervised activities, unsupervised activities, travel, training, or competition.
I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation in Beast Unleashed programs.
3. Remote Coaching and Training Programs
Beast Unleashed may provide digital training plans, remote coaching, or online instruction.
I understand and agree that:
Training plans are general educational programs, not medical advice.
Participants are responsible for using proper judgment when performing exercises.
Training may be completed without direct supervision.
I acknowledge that Beast Unleashed cannot monitor or control how exercises are performed, and improper execution may result in injury.
I assume all risk associated with unsupervised training and independent use of training plans.
4. Misuse of Training Programs
I understand that injuries may occur if:
Exercises are performed incorrectly
Training volume or intensity is modified
Instructions are ignored
Exercises are performed despite pain or injury
I agree that Beast Unleashed is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, modification, or improper execution of training plans or coaching advice.
5. Third-Party Use of Programs
Training plans and coaching services are licensed only to the individual who purchased or registered for them.
I agree that:
I will not share, distribute, resell, or provide access to Beast Unleashed training programs to others.
Beast Unleashed is not responsible for injuries to individuals who use programs without authorization.
6. Third-Party Facilities
Beast Unleashed activities may take place at independently owned climbing gyms or facilities.
These facilities operate under their own policies, waivers, and safety procedures.
I understand that:
I release Beast Unleashed from liability related to conditions, equipment, or policies of third-party facilities.
7. Transportation and Travel
Participants may be transported to climbing gyms, competitions, outdoor climbing areas, or other events.
I acknowledge that transportation may occur via:
Personal vehicles
Rental vehicles
Carpools
Public transportation
I understand that travel involves inherent risks including vehicle accidents, traffic hazards, and unforeseen events.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with transportation related to Beast Unleashed activities.
8. Overnight Trips and Supervision
Beast Unleashed may organize overnight trips, competitions, or travel-based climbing activities.
During these trips, participants may be supervised by coaches, staff members, or designated adults.
I acknowledge that while reasonable supervision will be provided, constant supervision cannot be guaranteed.
I assume all risks associated with participation in overnight trips.
9. Minor Participants and Parental Consent
If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this agreement.
By signing, the parent/guardian:
Consents to the minor's participation
Accepts all risks on behalf of the minor
Releases Beast Unleashed from liability to the fullest extent allowed by law
The parent/guardian agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any medical treatment required by the minor.
10. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Beast Unleashed staff to obtain emergency medical care if necessary.
I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs associated with treatment.
11. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge:
Beast Unleashed LLCits owners, coaches, staff, contractors, and volunteers
from any and all liability arising from participation in Beast Unleashed programs.
This includes claims arising from:
Negligence
Injury
Property damage
Loss
Death
12. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beast Unleashed LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by third parties arising from my participation.
13. Photo and Media Release (Optional)
I grant Beast Unleashed permission to use photos or videos of participation for:
Marketing
Social media
Website content
14. Agreement and Signature
I confirm that:
I have read this entire agreement
I understand the risks involved
I voluntarily agree to these terms
